Welcome to Northbrook Dental Group! Our dental practice is gladly accepting new patients of all ages, and to make your experience with us as comfortable and easy as possible, we’ve provided this page with all of the information you need to get started. You’re always welcome to call us if you have any questions. We can’t wait to meet you!

Your First Visit

When you first arrive for your appointment, our dental team will get you checked in quickly and make sure you feel right at home. You will meet with either Dr. James Woodruff or Dr. Justin Woodruff, and they will ask you about any specific dental health concerns or long-term goals you have in mind. Next comes a comprehensive exam, including full-mouth X-rays, to identify any oral health issues. After creating a custom treatment plan if necessary, one of our dental hygienists will thoroughly clean and polish your teeth.

Patient Forms

Rather than spending additional time in our reception area filling out paperwork, you can simply complete the necessary forms entirely online by clicking on the links below. This way, we can start getting you checked in and seen by one of our dentists right away on the day of your visit.

In-House Dental Plan

At Northbrook Dental Group, you don’t have to deal with the confusing jargon and frustrating limitations of dental insurance just to afford the care your smile needs. Instead, our practice offers our own in-house dental plan as a simpler alternative to traditional insurance. All you need to do is pay a flat yearly rate and you’ll receive free basic preventive care as well as discounts on most of our other dental services. In addition, we offer low-interest payment plans if you need to break up the costs of extensive dental treatments.

Dental Insurance

Our team is able to work with most of the leading PPO dental insurance plans to ensure that you are taking full advantage of your benefits. While we aren’t in-network with any plans, we will gladly submit claims forms to your insurance companies so that you don’t have to deal with any annoying paperwork. Often, the difference in savings between in-network and out-of-network dental plans is negligible, meaning you can still look forward to affordable rates at our dental practice.
