Office Update on COVID-19

Safety and health of our patients and staff has always been our number one priority. Due to the presence of a new virus, there will be new standards put into place to keep you safe.

If you had an appointment during the mandatory shutdown, we will be contacting you to re-schedule your appointment as soon as we can. We are currently still closed except for emergencies until further notice, as the recommendations are continuously changing.

There will be new policies and procedures put into place when the office re-opens:

-Every patient will be required to complete a screening document regarding their possible exposure to the coronavirus. We kindly ask that if you think you’ve been exposed to the virus or could be a carrier that you re-schedule your appointment.

-All interior doors to our office will be left open to eliminate the need to touch doors.

-All waiting area chairs will be six feet apart.

-Any waiting room chair that needs to be used will be wiped down.

-Credit card terminals will be wiped down after every transaction.

-Patients will not be permitted to stand in the office aisles especially up at the front desk and must maintain the social distance standard of 6 feet.

-Our staff will be equipped with N95 respirators. Face shields have been ordered. Disposable gowns will be worn.
